1. Introduction: Welcome to TRADEDEQ , a financial technology platform that provides AI-powered predictive analytics, risk intelligence, and trading strategy tools. TRADEDEQ is owned and operated by FINDEQ LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.

By accessing or using TRADEDEQ.COM and its associated services, tools, or apps (collectively the “Platform”), you (“User,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • The Platform is accessible globally, but certain features (e.g., payments, brokerage integrations) may be limited based on your jurisdiction.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations.

3. Description of Service:

TRADEDEQ provides access to:

  • Predictive trading algorithms across stocks, crypto, forex, and futures
  • Risk intelligence and portfolio grading tools
  • Backtesting and AI-driven forecast agents
  • Strategy-building and performance analytics

Important: TRADEDEQ does not execute trades, act as a broker-dealer, or provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All tools are for informational and educational purposes only.

4. Financial Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk. You acknowledge that:

  • No guarantee of profit or accuracy is offered
  • All trading decisions are your own responsibility
  • AI-generated forecasts are based on historical data and do not predict future performance with certainty
  • FINDEQ LLC disclaims all liability for losses incurred through use of the platform.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must:

  • Create an account using a valid email
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

By using TRADEDEQ, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or security mechanisms
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
  • Share accounts or resell access
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Subscription & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Allow us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Cancel before the renewal date to avoid auto-renewal
  • Contact us within 7 days of billing for refund disputes (at our discretion)
  • All payments are handled securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card or banking details.

8. Monetized Portfolios (If applicable)

If we enable monetized portfolio sharing:

  • Users may subscribe to other users’ strategies for a fee
  • Portfolio owners must link a verified Stripe account
  • No performance guarantees may be made
  • Users agree they are not receiving financial advice, only access to shared data
  • Owners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on income 
  • FINDEQ LLC reserves the right to remove or suspend monetized portfolios at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, models, logos, brand assets, and datasets are owned by FINDEQ LLC or its licensors. You may not:

  • Reproduce or modify the platform or its components
  • Use our IP for commercial purposes without written permission
  • User-generated strategy data remains yours, but we may use anonymized data for improvement and analytics. 

10. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy

  • We collect data to personalize your experience and improve service performance
  • You may opt out of certain data collection where legally required (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA)

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion
  • Delete inactive or abusive accounts
  • Retain anonymized usage data after account deletion (for system analytics)

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FINDEQ LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect losses related to use or inability to use the platform
  • This includes losses due to data errors, algorithmic forecasts, or third-party service failures
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 6 months of service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FINDEQ LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
All disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • You waive your right to participate in class actions.
 

15. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of changes.
