  • We store your Stripe Connect ID for subscription management
  • We do not store your bank or credit card details

b) OpenAI / AI APIs

  • Anonymized data may be used with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) to enhance platform features like content generation, strategy summarization, or anomaly detection. This data *cannot be linked back to individual users.*

  • We may use services like *Google Analytics, **PostHog, or **Amplitude* to better understand how users interact with TRADEDEQ and improve the platform.

6. Monetized Portfolios and Subscriber Data

If you choose to share your portfolio with paying subscribers:

  • Delete your account and data (“Right to be Forgotten”)

8. Account Deletion and Retention

If you request account deletion:

  • We will remove your profile within *30 days*

We retain inactive accounts for up to *24 months* unless deletion is requested.

9. Children’s Privacy

TRADEDEQ is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted promptly.

10. Ownership and Data Usage

You retain ownership of all content and data you generate on the platform.
